    Taize Prayer Meeting To Be Held in Lviv

    On 9 October 2010, as part of the 3rd Ecumenical Social Week, a prayer meeting "Day of Trust" will be held in Lviv. The event will be held at St. Sophia School, 2 Vicheva Street, jointly with the ecumenical community of Taize. The prayer meeting will be attended in particular by Brother Georg and Brother Benau from the Taize community and young people from various churches.

    Representatives of Authorities and Churches in Lviv Honour Memory of Victims of Pacification

    On 16 September, in Lviv, near the memorial board of the memorial museum "Prison at Lonstkoho Street," clergymen of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Kyivan Patriarchate and Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church served a memorial service for those who defended the Ukrainian statehood and values. A wreath was laid on the board.

    Metropolitan Volodymyr Conducts Pilgrimage to Jerusalem
