SBU thwarted anti-Semitic actions planned by Russia, - Chief Rabbi of Ukraine - фото 1
Chief Rabbi of Ukraine, Moshe Reuven Azman, upon the invitation of the leadership of the Security Service of Ukraine, held a meeting with the managerial and operational staff of units that conducted a special operation in October this year, exposing individuals involved in anti-Semitic incidents in several cities of Ukraine.

Rabbi Azman wrote about this on his Facebook page.

"I personally heard important details about this resonant case and was pleasantly impressed by the level of professionalism of the special services. Specifically, not only were the direct executors of provocations identified, but also the individuals who organized, incited, and financed the criminals—citizens of Russia. Moreover, apart from desecrating Jewish memorials, they were preparing for terrorist acts. Thanks to God, this did not happen due to timely intervention by law enforcement," he noted.

"Once again convinced that Russia doesn't shy away from any criminal methods in conducting war and disregards all international conventions, they attempted to use CHILDREN to achieve their goals—to carry out a series of anti-Semitic actions to provoke discord between Ukraine and Israel," the rabbi added.

At the request of the personnel and with the approach of the Hanukkah holiday, the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine addressed all Jewish communities to warn about possible deceitful actions by the aggressor country towards Jews.

"The SBU is ready to respond to unlawful manifestations and asks to report any suspicious activity. I thanked and blessed the employees of the Security Service of Ukraine; their work is of great importance, particularly in preserving interethnic harmony and preventing provocations from the enemy," emphasized Rabbi Azman.
