Memorial Procession Organized in Kyiv on Anniversary of Babyn Yar Tragedy

On 30 September, on the initiative of the Jewish Council of   Ukraine and Babyn Yar Foundation, a memorial procession “Way of Death” was organized from the memorial sign at the cross-roads of Melnykova and Dorozhnytskoi Streets to Menora monument where the participants laid flowers at places connected with the tragedy of Babyn Yar.                                              

According to UNIAN,  approximately 200 people participated in the procession. A meeting after the procession was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel in Ukraine, a representative of the German Embassy and Jewish spiritual leaders
