Christians of Odesa To Hold Joint Prayer For Unity and Reconciliation

On 18 January, in the Roman Catholic Cathedral of the Assumption of the Holy Virgin, the Week of Prayers for the unity of Christians and reconciliation between people, nations and communities will begin with a prayer of the clergy of the Christians Churches of Odesa.

RISU learnt from Oleksandr Dobroier that this year, joint prayer meetings will be held in the churches of the Roman Catholic, Ukrainian Greek Catholic, German Evangelical Lutheran, Armenian Apostolic, Evangelical Presbyterian and Ukrainian Christian Evangelical Churches. In addition to the ministers of these Churches, priests, pastors and believers of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Kyivan Patriarchate, Baptist and Pentecostal communities of the city will participate in the prayers.
