Chairman of Ukrainian Parliament met with Cardinal Pietro Parolin

170609_4.jpgOn June 5, this year, Chairman of Ukrainian Parliament Andriy Parubiy met with Secretary of State of the Holy See (Head of Government) Cardinal Pietro Parolin.

 

The meeting discussed a wide range of humanitarian issues such as interfaith dialogue, humanitarian initiative of Pope Francis “Pope for Ukraine,” which was an important gesture of solidarity with the Ukrainian people, the actual situation in Ukraine.

 

Chairman of Parliament Andriy Parubiy thanked the Vatican and personally Pope Francis for a strong humanitarian support to victims of the Russian aggression in Donbas.
