Head of UAOC calls on clergy of UOC-MP to have no fear of Moscow and join the Ukrainian Church

At the celebrations of the holiday of the Intercession and the Day of Defender of Motherland, Primate of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Makariy, appealed to the bishops of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) to join the united Ukrainian Local Orthodox Church.

“Listen to our President, do not be afraid of Moscow and Patriarch Kirill. As we will be more numerous, the Ukrainian people and all of Ukraine will rejoice because we are spiritual people,” Metropolitan Makariy of the UAOC said.
