As RISU learnt from the chief chaplain of the Center of Military Chaplaincy of the UGCC, Fr. Stepan Sus, the participants were addressed by a representative of the UGCC, Fr. Yosyf Luchyt, who noted that Ukrainians should always keep the memory of those innocent people who perished in prisons and exiles as Ukrainians who sought to gain freedom, which is an invaluable gift for each person.

The Prison at Lonskoho Street Memorial of Victims of Occupying Regimes is located in Lviv, in the building of the prison used by three occupation regimes, Polish, Soviet and German. It is the first prison museum in Ukraine.
