| Recognition by Greek Church and "domino effect"
A few days ago, the Church media were glued to the monitors, waiting for the long-awaited decision of the Synod of the Greek Church to appear. It concerned the recognition of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. Although ten days ago, no one was particularly waiting for crucial decisions at the August session. Everyone is waiting for October -- it is then that the Synod of the Hierarchy (Council of Bishops in our terminology) will take place in accordance with the Charter of the Orthodox Church of Greece. The meeting of all the bishops, and they are now more than 140 in the Church of Greece, is still a more presentable event than the usual Synod of 12 Metropolitans. It is the Synod of Hierarchy, as a more representative body, that must decide on recognition of the OCU.

President at meeting with representatives of the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations: Main spiritual weapon of our victory is unity
In the course of the meeting with representatives of All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations, President Petro Poroshenko emphasized the importance of establishing one local Orthodox church.
“In conditions of hybrid war, when Ukraine counters armed aggression of the neighboring country, our enemies are trying to use the religious factor in their own interests. Our unity is the main spiritual weapon of our victory. Attacks are first of all aimed at dividing our state from inside,” the Head of State noted. He added that notwithstanding the international support for Ukraine in its struggle against the aggressor, victory mainly depends on Ukrainians - their faith and efforts.
“Obviously, many believers find it difficult to put up with the current split of the Ukrainian Orthodoxy. I will not allow the interference of the state in the interchurch relations. However, you shouldn’t ignore the will of people. And of course you cannot let a foreign country interfere in this process,” the President stressed.
The President noted that public opinion polls showed that a growing number of Orthodox Citizens of Ukraine want to have one local autocephalous church “eucharistically and prayerfully united, and administratively independent from other states”.
The President once again stressed that the Ukrainian state preserved respect for freedom of conscience and religious feelings of Ukrainian citizens. "I am convinced that religious peace, mutual respect and church-state partnership are important achievements of our country. Ukraine is characterized by the church peace and harmony since independence. We should cherish and develop this achievement,” Petro Poroshenko said

Оповідаючи першим християнам про головні підвалини, на яких зведена і функціонує Церква Нового Завіту, cв. ап. Петро зауважував, що в її основу покладено Самого Господа Христа - "каменя живого, людьми відкинутого, а Богом вибраного, коштовного, і ви самі, мов живе каміння, будуйте із себе дім духовний, святе священство, щоб приносити духовні жерви, приємні Богові, через Ісуса Христа" (1Пет.2:4,5). Також, як і св. Петро, інший верховний першоапостол св. Павло - дуже чітко й переконливо наголосив на тому, що в новозавітній Церкві "ніхто не може покласти іншої основи, крім покладеної, яка є Ісус Христос" (1Кор.3:11).
"Кто отделяется от престола Петра, на котором основана Церковь, может ли полагать, что он ещё в Церкви?" (Творения св.Киприана, Киев, 1879, ІІ стр.172). "Один есть Бог и один Христос и Церковь одна, и кафедра, основанная по слову Господа на камне, - одна" (Там же, І, стр.124).
Порошенко, уособлюючи державну владу, втручаеться в церковнi питання регулярно, при тому тiльки тодi, коли йому це зручно. Чому не виконуються рiшення судiв у справах з церковными конфлiктами? Чому регулярно поливають УПЦ МП брехливим брудом, що не мае пiд собою жодних фактiв? Дiалог може iснувати мiж рiвними. Будувати стосунки з тим, хто тебе ганьбить i ображае, не можливо.
Мені цікаво, чому гарант абсолютно не звертає уваги на факт міжконфесійного конфлікту, засвідчуючи зовсім протилежне? Невже потрібно, аби під якимось храмом загинула людина, щоб колишній православний християнин Порошенко продер очі!? Петро, прокинься! Ти своїми руками відкриваєш новий фронт!

А за якими канонами ви шановний створите церкву, самі рукоположите митрополита. Автокефалісти і КП не канонічні і без благодаті. Тепер, що, ще й єдину помісну зляпаєте.
