Israeli Policemen Help Ukrainian Police to Ensure Order in Uman

So reported the newspaper The Jewish Kyiv with reference to the Uman Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Cherkasy Region.

On 27 September, Israeli policemen also arrived in Uman to help the Ukrainian police to ensure order during the celebration of the Jewish New Year by the Chasidim pilgrims. The Ukrainian policemen looked forward to the arrival of the Israeli colleagues, reported the edition.

According to the head of the police team from Israel, Oleh Holland, the Israeli policemen will stay in Uman till 3 October. According to him, this year, 6 policemen came from Israel to Uman. They were chosen according to their level of experience, professionalism. One of the policemen was born in Ukraine and several others in the former USSR. In the morning of 28 September, the Israeli policemen in uniforms went on watch.
