Any attempts of justifying their barbaric acts with Islamic Canon only reveals the dense ignorance of the speaker. Public executions, tortures, persecuting the dissentients, killing the journalists and those Muslims who refused to support ISIS have nothing common with Islam. Renegades, who raised their arms against peaceful and defenceless people, have no right to speak on behalf of Muslims. Their mottos and appeals are nothing more than shameless and slippery propaganda, striving to legitimize their race for power.

ISIS fighters discredit the image of Islam with their every action, their every statement, and violate humanistic principles given to Muslims by will of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).

On behalf of Ukrainian Ummah, of all the non-indifferent Ukrainian Muslims, AUASO “Alraid” condemns the radical groups’ attempts to discredit Islam, presenting their inhuman crimes under the guise of true religious teaching.

Ukrainian Muslims, along with coherents all over the world, pray for the early solution and termination of violence and believe that Allah Almighty will send His just' punishment over everyone who makes evil and sow dragon's teeth and chaos under the guise of His name.

We call upon every Muslim men and women to gain the religious knowledge from people with ground theological training in order to preserve  ourselves from dumbing-down by some extremists, whose targeted audience are ignorant Muslims who can’t understand the internal conflicts in the logic of their statements.

We also call upon the international community to make every possible effort in order to provide peace and safety for every human being regardless their nationality and religion.
