Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyiv Patriarchate appealed to the faithful who want to counter the attempts of the UOC (MP) to disrupt obtaining the Tomos of autocephaly. A relevant appeal was published on Facebook by Archbishop Yevstratiy (Zorya), Chair of the Information Department of the Kyiv Patriarchate, Secretary of the Holy Synod of the UOC-KP.

He noted that two years ago, each parish of the Kyivan Patriarchate had already sent their letters to the Ecumenical Patriarchate in favor of the bestowal of the Tomos. However, citizens can join their letters to the thousands of letters already sent.

Archbishop Yevstratiy noted separately that during one of the visits to the Ecumenical Patriarchate, representatives of the UOC-KP said that every day they received many bags of such letters, so there was no place to put them.

Archbishop Yevstratiy has published an address to send letters in Greek, Turkish, English, and Russian for those who think it necessary to add their personal voice in support of the recognition of the autocephaly of the Church in Ukraine.
