    Vinnytsia region community changes affiliation to OCU at second attempt

    Court of Appeals not to lift seizure of Yanukovych’s property in Drabynko’s case

    The Court of Appeals of Kyiv has refused to lift the arrest on the real estate of Ukrainian ex-President Viktor Yanukovych in the case of Metropolitan Oleksandr Drabynko’s arbitrary detention. The decision was approved on March 26, it was published in the Unified State Register of Judgments on May 30.     OCU: No court can make Moscow Patriarchate a non-Moscow one

    No court decision will be able to conceal the fact that the Constitutional Court instituted proceedings on the name change of the UOC-Moscow Patriarchate.     Parubiy will appeal the court ruling on Speaker’s ‘unlawful approval’ of the bill to rename UOC-MP

    At the beginning of the session, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy said that the District Administrative Court of Kyiv recognized as unlawful the actions of the Speaker of Parliament in connection with the adoption of the bill on the mandatory renaming of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate.
