Bicycle Pilgrimage to Zarvanytsia Held

In the Ternopil Oblast, a two-day bicycle pilgrimage to the Marian Spiritual Center in the village of Zarvanytsia was held. The center is included in the list of the 15 most outstanding Catholic shrines connected with revelations of the Virgin Mary.

According to the press service of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, over 30 young people participated in the pilgrimate, which was held under the motto “Christian youth for a healthy lifestyle.”

The month of May was chosen for the pilgrimage because during this month the Virgin Mary is traditionally thanked and glorified.
