In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, Ukraine has been quarantined. Therefore, all Museum institutions in the country are closed.

The team of the national reserve "St Sophia of Kyiv" apologizes to everyone who had the desire to visit the reserve, and joins the global museum initiative #MuseumFromHome.

As part of this initiative, the national reserve "St Sophia of Kyiv" offers to visit St. Sophia Cathedral — a world-famous monument of architecture and monumental painting of the XI century, which is part of the monuments of the reserve, using a virtual 3D tour.

The pages in social networks and the reserve's website, make on a daily basis the posts about the history of the reserve and its monuments; it tells how to spend time in quarantine; videos of lectures by reserve employees are posted, and so on.

After the quarantine, the Museum staff will be happy to welcome everyone to the national reserve "St Sophia of Kyiv". In the meantime, support the #StayAtHome challenge!
