This year, as part of the 17th International Pulishers' Forum on September 15-19 September, the 5th International Literature Festival (September 15-19), business forum (September 16-18), Competition Best Book of Forum-2000 will be held, and the Western-Ukrainian Library Forum (September 15-17) will be conducted for the first time.

knuga.jpgexklusiv.gifThis year, as part of the 17th International Pulishers' Forum on September 15-19 September, the 5th International Literature Festival (September 15-19), business forum (September 16-18), Competition Best Book of Forum-2000 will be held, and the Western-Ukrainian Library Forum (September 15-17) will be conducted for the first time. In addition, over 300 events, including concerts, literary evenings, conferences, trainings, and presentations will be organized.

As regards religious themes, according to the president of the public organization Publishers' Forums Fr.Ksawery Knotz from Poland will be an honorary guest of the forum and will present his book "Sex as you don't know it: for married couples who love God."

"The book provoked lively discussion both among clergymen and secular audience. Communication with such a person promises very useful and interesting also for agnostics. As for the publishers, publishing houses of Svichado, Missionary, the Ukrainian Catholic University, and Library of the Lviv Spiritula Seminary of the Holy Spirit always attend the forum," said O. Koval.

Lovers of books will be offered books by the Association of the Christian Publishers of Ukraine, Western Regional Society of Ukraine, "Spirit and Latter," "Spiritual Axis," "Bright Books" publishers and the book shop "Ave Maria" (city of Kyiv).

The forum will be attended by writers from 24 countries of the world: Afghanistan, Great Britain, Russia, Georgia, Serbia, Romania, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Croatia, Serbia, Denmark, Israel, and others.

Special guests of the forum will include Yanush Leon Vishnievski, Marek Kraievski, Krzysztof Krzhyshtof Varga (Poland), Terezia Mora (Germany), Leonid Yuzefovich, Boris Dubin, Lev Rubinshtein, Mihail Fridman, Yevhen Bystrytskyi, Myroslav Marynovych, Oksana Zabuzhko, Olha Bohomolets, Leonidas Donskis (Lithuania) and other guests.
