Pro-Russian media Strana.ua has spread a fake news that allegedly a wave of discontent directed at Metropolitan Epiphany is rising inside the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.

The outlet cited an anonymous “source in Church circles”, which allegedly said that those “dissatisfied” are willing to “replace” Metropolitan Epifaniy with Metropolitan Mykhail Zinkevich of Lutsk and Volyn. This is the unverified and false information", reported Religiyna Pravda (ReligiousTruth).
