    Law enforcers deployed to Uman to ensure public order during Rosh ha-Shanah festivities

    60 police officers from twelve regions of Ukraine have come to Uman to help keep order in the city during the pilgrims’ celebration of Rosh ha-Shanah. Law enforcers will stay in Uman until the end of large-scale public events with the participation of pilgrims, according to the Police Communication Sector of Cherkasy region.

    Black man and hijab-wearing woman refused entry to a restaurant in Sumy

    In Sumy, a young couple were not let into the restaurant at a pretext that they are foreigners. The waiters identified their citizenship based on the skin color of the male and the female's Muslim outfit.
