Court Allows Construction of Multistoried Building Near Cathedral of Holy Sophia

The Supreme Economic Court by its resolution of 26 February obliged Kyiv City Council to conclude with Dokas Ltd a contract of rent for a land plot near the Cathedral of the Holy Sophia for the construction of a multistoried building.
The Supreme Economic Court by its resolution of 26 February obliged Kyiv City Council to conclude with Dokas Ltd a contract of rent for a land plot near the Cathedral of the Holy Sophia for the construction of a multistoried building, reported the Ukrainian Truth.
It is a plot with a total area of 0.23 hectares at the crossing of Striletska Street and Heorhiivskyi Lane to be used for the construction of a dwelling house with an underground parking.
The matter was considered in courts repeatedly.
