Thus, according to tradition, already the tenth time in a row, on Easter Sunday, April 16, in the yard of School 62 (15 Teatralnaya street) the Easter breakfast will be held for the neediest residents of Lviv. Breakfast will begin at 10.00 with common prayer. The festive Easter set per person will include the traditional Ukrainian food - cake, sausage, eggs, butter, cottage cheese, juice, and meat roll.

On the same day, the centers for night stay of homeless persons located on 3a Kyrylivska street will also hold Easter breakfast in the morning for 50 supervisees of the Center. The breakfast is organized with the donors’ support. On the tables, there are traditional dishes (cakes, eggs, sausages, etc.).

“The Department of social protection together with all its subordinate units are trying to cover the maximum number of vulnerable citizens, considering their needs, being mindful of Lviv residents, who are now in crisis and make an integral part of the large community of our hometown. In such a particularly lightsome day we should be together, feel love and support,” said the head of the Department of Social Protection of Lviv City Council Natalia Demkovych.
