We invite believers and religious organizations to report about violations of their rights as well as positive steps in this area.

RISU has been monitoring religious freedom in Ukraine for many years. We inform the readers about facts of violation of rights of believers and religious organizations, obstructions for their activity, persecutions, intolerance, religious vandalism.  Appropriately and timely presented information can help believers to protect their rights and prevent such violations.

There are many examples when such information spread through other internet resources and social networks yielded results. Especially, with regard to problems of relations with the local authorities, violation of rights of believers to peaceful gathering, etc.

We also report about progress made in this area and about actions conducive to strengthening of the religious freedom in Ukraine.

All these things help believers to realize that they are able to protect themselves. Therefore, together, we are building the principles of civil society guarded by mass media.

We invite believers and religious organizations to report about violations of their rights as well as positive steps in this area.

The reports are studied and processed by our journalists and then posted under a separate sub-category. From there, they are being spread in other mass media and used by human rights campaigners. When necessary one can use them to attract attention of the wider public to particularly urgent and significant events and processes.
