Petro Poroshenko: my team is set to defend OCU against Moscow Patriarchate’s revanche

The incumbent president, Petro Poroshenko, said that his team will protect the Orthodox Church of Ukraine from the retaliation by the Moscow Patriarchate, TV-Channel Pryamyy reports.

He said this during an appeal to Ukrainians at his campaign headquarters.

“Our team will defend the Orthodox Church of Ukraine from the revenge of the Moscow Patriarchate, and we are still waiting for apologies for “thermos”, by the way. Our team will defend the stability of the banking and financial system,” he said.
