President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Tony Blair held a meeting to discuss religious tolerance in Ukraine and all over the world.

Tony Blair arrived to Ukraine to give a lecture to students at leading universities in Ukraine on religious tolerance. During the meeting Yanukovych said that he was pleased that Tony Blair, "a person who enjoys great respect in Europe and worldwide, is engaged in the matter."

"I can say that the issue of religion in the world is now seen as one of the most important," said Blair.
