The participants will learn about world trends, possibilities to lobby their initiatives in politics, and innovation forms of evangelization, and will improve their journalist skills. The invited guests include deputies of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, and famous journalists and bloggers.

“As they live in the information age, Christians should be trained in the area of media better than everyone else in order to effectively witness for Christ," said a Ukrainian deputy, head of the Association of Young Christians of Ukraine, Pavlo Ungurian.

The conference will consist of four thematic blocks: trends and challenges of the modern era, mobilization and lobbying, innovation evangelism, and journalist skills.

In view of the rapid growth of Internet use in the country, the main accent will be put on Internet journalism and the use of social media.

According to vice president of the association Spiritual Revival, Mykhailo Cherenkov, the conference is a rare opportunity to communicate and learn among those Christians who determine the image of the future and place of the church in it. “Today, the spiritual war is going on in the information space. Unfortunately, few people accept this challenge and respond to it by dedicating their blog or site to the ministry,” he notes.

The Christian conference MediaMobilization was initiated by the Association of young Christians of Ukraine and association Spiritual Revival of internet evangelists. The Religious Information Service of Ukraine is the general media partner of the conference.
